Director condemned in Mass. film taxation credit case

BOSTON (AP) — A film executive who has certified he arrogant losses when he practical for Massachusetts film taxation credits has been condemned to dual to 3 years in state prison.

A Boston judge on Thursday also systematic Daniel Adams to compensate scarcely $4.4 million in compensation and to offer 10 years on probation. The penalties had been announced when he pleaded guilty final month to charges including robbery and creation a fake claim.
